We stand behind the quality of Swipe Landings. If you download the pack, use the templates, and honestly feel it wasn't worth it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Simply email hello@swipelandings.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number or purchase receipt. You don't need to explain why, though feedback is always welcome so we can improve.
3. How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Hotmart.
- Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
4. EU right of withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. This statutory right applies in addition to — and is not reduced by — our voluntary 7-day satisfaction guarantee. By downloading the files immediately, you acknowledge that delivery of the digital product begins at once.
